Okay my Friends....I learned something new last night and I have to share...
My husband and I have gone to the next level and I would like to share this with you! We have dove into the pool of physiology and are doing our best to find the answers that you are asking us about. One of these questions that you always ask us is; "How do I deal with my past?"
Well, here is an exercise that will allow you to see your past experiences better.
Find a specific memory that is one of your most unpleasant memories.
Take a moment to really see it, feel the emotions you felt when it happened. And even see what you were wearing at that moment.
Now push that memory away for a moment.
I like to think of it this way....
Now, think about a song that always makes you smile and feel happy... Here's mine...

Put that music with the bad memory and see it again. How do you feel? Does it make it easier to see that it is not "so bad"...
Alright, now every time you find yourself thinking about the past and the feeling becomes uncomfortable...Think of your song... The "Happy Feeling" will bring you to a place where you can look at that memory from a different perspective.
Showing you how to cope, and recreate your life...
Not like some of the other's who wish to give you a temporary "feel good" experience....
